                                                 Key Responsibilities
                                          Sale and lease of commercial properties
                                          Canvassing for vacancies within the commercial property arena
                                          Adding listings to various marketing channels
                                          Showing potential buyers/tenants appropriate properties
                                          Networking with landlords and other professionals
                                          Drawing up sales/lease agreements and ensuring that all relevant legal documentation are in place

                                   Experience in the commercial and industrial property will be advantageous
                                   Commission-driven sales and service experience
                                   Canvassing for business and generating leads with a proven track record
